Acne diet…?
I’ve heard about acne diets (diets where you eat things that help reduce acne), and I know that certain foods can’t cause acne, but if you eat certain foods that do things like eliminate stress, reduce inflammation etc then you can actually prevent acne. So I was wondering what those foods are, and how much of them I should eat.

* Be more gentle not more harsh.
* Olive oil is actually good for oily skin, especially for removing make-up.
