how much are laser acne treatments in california ? i know in different states the prices vary from one another.

Could someone plan out a diet for me, lets say a daily diet, of foods that will make me overall healthier and help reduce acne?

Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of the scars or dark spots left behind by acne?

I am going to start getting acne laser treatments on my face next Tuesday. My acne is fairly moderate, with post acne marks. My questions are, how well does it work and will I see any improvements after the first treatment?

I have a bit of acne and want to get rid of it. I know staying clean and washing regularly helps a ton. is there anykind of foods that are heaty and that i should competely avoid. what should i add to my diet to get rid of acne?

Okay, so I’ve been given a few ways to prevent acne, especially natural recipes; now can anyone tell me a good way to get rid of deep facial acne scars? I’ve been using a natural product called Scargo, and its been working, but at a very slow rate. I’m afraid my face produces more acne then the scar solution can cure the afterwards of. Anyone got any ideas??

I have a lot of acne but only on my face. I eat pretty healthy. Usually meat and vegetables with some whole wheat bread or something throughout the day. I always get at least 8 hours of sleep. I exercise frequently mostly no cardio. I use nutregena acne scrub twice a day with a moisturizer and spot treatment. I havent been getting that many new pimples. I just have the same ones ive had for a while. there all just almost completely flat red bumps. how do I get rid of them.
what could be causing the acne? diet? hormones?

I have horrible acne on my cheeks annd my forehead. I also have a lot of blackheads on my nose and right above my top lip..horrible i know anyways..a friend told me that u could sit asprine in water..then crush it up and rub it on a pimple and it helps the swelling go down..but ive never tried it..and ive gotten told to use toothpaste..

other than that idk..

I use these aveno cleansing pads..and i dont think they are working…

i have got acne since i was 13 n now am 16 n i still have ‘em! ).i have tried lemons,rosewater,aloe Vera etc…n i cant get rid of them and its getting really annoying now!

I has severe acne and I have these dark purple/brown scars that can’t even be concealed . I want to be able to go out with out wearing think foundation but I don’t want my scars to show. Is there any remedy or products that you guys swear by that will remove my scars?

If you have ever had either of these two procedures done do they work???
I dont have bad acne, but I used to break out in High School, leaving some scarring, not bad, and I break out occasionally now…

I just started eating healthier 4 days ago (no more candy and greasy foods) and now all of a sudden I am getting more acne. I was wondering if this is normal?

I am sick of having acne.

I’m almost 19 now and I first got acne around 13 years of age.

I have tried Acnefree, Proactiv, Arbonne, and more. None of them have really worked.

I’m sick of spending money and still having nasty skin.

So is there anyone out there who has gone through pretty bad acne and cured it without these miracle treatments that would like to share with me??

How come people in Africa, or tribal people, not Native Americans, never get acne and so many Americans have acne? Do you think it has something with our diet and how there’s so many inorganic chemicals, preservatives and flavors enhancers that are in our foods that many people are allergic to? If you think diet is not the problem then what, besides genetics? I really think it is diet…
My mom is from a tribe in Asia and she never had acne even during her teens while living in the village. When she came around her 20s here she started having acne problems……hmmm

I know that diet pepsi has that fake sugar! but idk if it will cause
acne. I got pimples from having sugar and i didnt have any pop(the ones that arent diet) and my acne got better alot but i got a diet pepsi and i want to know if it will have the same results as the one with real sugar.

It does exist lol but i’m not sure.
I once read an advert in teen vouge with a handheld laser which removes acne in somthing like 74 hours.
I don’t want to go anywhere to get it done because then they’d come back again and i’d want somthing i can use regularily for small spots, and i think the treatment that they do is for people who have a lot of it and just need it all gone. i think it might help get rid of cuts too but i’m not sure.
I live in the UK by the way so products from there please?

I’m a teenager, and I get acne. I dislike it very much.
I have combination/oily skin and I breakout occasionally. And when I do breakout, it’s BAD. Like those spots that are red and big. Gross; I know.
So, I’m looking for ways to prevent acne from happening. Like tips, tricks, hints… ?

I know its gross and will leave scars but i really cant help myself. I didnt really have acne before but out of nowhere i started getting some cystic acne and its so hard for me to leave it alone. I’ll handle myself the whole day until night time when im gonna go wash my face i just look at myself in the mirror and pick at it. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Hi, I have been reading a lot about proper diets for people with acne and overall it looks like all they say that people can eat is raw fruits and vegetables. I kind of think this is a little bit crazy… I mean, I can’t only eat apples and carrots all day every day. Could someone please list different foods that can be placed into my diet?
Also, I am not trying to lose weight… In fact, I am underweight. I’m just trying to figure out the right foods that won’t cause acne and that are good for my complexion.

i used to haveterrible acne 4 5 years.. but i sorta got rid of it but i have lots of scars! how do i get rid of the scars without taking medication or having surgery?

My dermatologist developed the following plan to cure my acne:
Diet: no sugar, limit wheat and dairy
Vitamins: Vitamin D, Zinc and Fish Oil
Prescription: Clenia cream.

Has anyone tried any of the above? So many docs say so many different things I just don’t know who to beleive.

Well; I’m in full-swing of my puberty (which sucks by the way) and I’ve got a rather nasty case of acne going on at the moment. Before I was using Neutrogena acne-cleansing cream but it was working rather slowly plus after a while my skin had a bit of a nasty-rash-like reaction to it and my pediatrician advised me against using it again.

So I was just wondering what tips do you have against stopping/deterring acne? Preferably not a store-bought cream as I’m advised against that =p.

I want to make quick oats, but since I’m on a acne diet I can’t pour my usual milk over the oats. I want to make quick oats healthy for my skin but also yummy. I have suffered from acne for 2 years. Trying one product to another but no result. Can some one help me get a treatment for this acne scars?

I have tried every kind of acne product available, that includes proactiv, neutrogena, and clean & clear. They didn’t work for me. Right now I’m on tetracycline but I still get these whiteheads. I’m considering Laser Acne and Laser Hair Removal for my face because I don’t know what else to do.
